Drone Land Surveying
There are several reasons why land surveyors and farmers are now relying on drone surveying to survey lands. The main reason being the reduction of time spent collecting data. Drones are the perfect tool for farming and agriculture as they can cover large areas surveyed up to 50 times faster than ground based land surveying. Drones have immense potential for easily gathering data on crops throughout the season. They can even help in the search and counting of livestock and aerial view maps.
Drone Property Surveying
Unmanned aircraft systems have the ability to get into restricted positions where other means of access may not be safe, easily accessed or cost effective. Means of access and egress such as scaffolding or cherry pickers can be expensive and may not give you the results you are looking for as they can sometimes be limited. Using our UAV's we can help surveyors fly in to close proximity of specific locations and take close up images and video footage using high definition cameras giving you instant results. Some common uses for property surveying are roof damage surveys, finding gutter blockages, surveying the condition of pointing and lead flashing amongst other possible concerns. We consider safety our top priority and by taking the human factor away, i.e. climbing ladders, helping reduce the number of working at height accidents.
Providing it is safe to do so, we will undertake any surveying job which falls within CAA rules. For further information please contact us.
